2. Services and Appointments
  • Service Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance, and we reserve the right to decline service requests based on availability or service suitability.

  • Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Timing: Payment is due in full upon completion of services. Failure to make timely payment may result in additional fees or withholding of the vehicle until the balance is cleared.
  • Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds on completed services. If there are issues with our work, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will assess and address any concerns.
4. Customer Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Condition: Ensure the vehicle is free of personal items before service. Gloss Magic Detail LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
  • Pre-Service Disclosure: Please inform us of any existing damages or special conditions related to your vehicle. Failure to disclose this information may limit our ability to provide optimal service.
5. Damage and Liability

While we exercise the highest level of care, Gloss Magic Detail LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to vehicles or items within.
  • Damage from cleaning products or equipment in cases where special care was not requested in advance.
  • Environmental factors affecting the vehicle post-service, such as dust, pollen, or bird droppings.

If accidental damage occurs as a direct result of our services, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will address the situation.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect and use personal information solely for the purpose of scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointments. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties outside of Gloss Magic Detail LLC.

7. Use of Images

With your permission, we may take and use photos of vehicles for marketing purposes, including social media and our website. If you prefer not to have your vehicle photographed, please inform us prior to the start of your appointment.
